HI All,
Its with great pity Im writing this to all u pple to let u know what the poor service rate I got from a so called well established doctor of my area. He is none other than kukke Subramanya who runs this Sindu Eye Clinic.
 
On 19th of October I visited him for an eye check up at Vivekananda Circle road with my father and as my power had increased i had to change my Spectacles. I ordered there itslef and he told he wud give me that on 21st Saturday. As I work in blore, i had to pick up on saturday so i cud leave to blore on Monday early morning Bus. When visited on Saturday with my friend he had misplaced the order and promised me 99% wud be delivered on Sunday otherwise he wud surely courier the same and I wud defintely get it on Tuesday. But nothing has been done so far.... I still havent received the courier as of now. And my cousin twice and also my father himself has visited once for the follow up of the same. He is not even ready to give his phone number also when asked and merely just kept on telling he has sent the courier. I have already paid the full amount. The receipt is with me.
 
I certainly feel this is unfair on the part of the consumers, that too from a service oriented doctor side. I have written this, just to let peple know about it and also let anybody not take us for granted specially in health sector. Now what next.....Plz advise me... What should i do now???

Just checked with my given address now... The Courier has reached today after all that follow ups. But, I really hope this would not repeat again with anybody else... Thank you.

I feel that you should lodge a complaint with the Mysore District Consumer Redressal Forum on charges of 'deficiency of service' under the Consumer Protection Act. The process is very simple and if you need help you can contact any of the consumer welfare organisations or activisits like Dr.S.P.Thirumala Rao (Phone No. 2510443). You can ask for a compensation for deficiency in service. More than payment of compensation, it will be lesson to such doctors.
