Mr Vijendra Rao, Viji to pals, says he is back into blogging. Is that a promise, Mr Rao?  If I remember right (can’t be sure, it was that long ago), he said he was into blogging to stay when he posted his first piece –‘E-effigy’. This was some six months back, give or take a few days. If someone takes this to be a complaint, and thinks I drip like a municipal tap, he is entitled to his thought.
